The church is a family, not an audience. This teaching is about belonging and serving.
Nobody becomes a mature Christian alone. We are joined together, and that joining is sometimes uncomfortable and often beautiful.
This sermon walked through what it means to belong: show up, tell the truth, forgive quickly, and use what you have been given for someone else. Serving is not a stage. It is a table, a lift home, a prayer in the car park, a meal after service.
If you are new, you do not have to earn a place. Stay long enough to be known.
